Jacek Przybylowski started his professional career as sales representative in Agencja PRO Warszawa Sp. z o.o., working there form 1991 to 1993. Next two years were devoted to ROLBO Warszawa Sp. z o.o A drawing point in his career is definitely a successful integration of Stolica and UPS sales structures, the building of modern client relation model and introduction of UPS Polska into the country leadership position in parcel distribution. UPS welcomed Przybylowski in 1994 to guide him through all consecutive posts of trade team, marketing director, sales, marketing and customer service director and finally trade director. As of 1 February 2007 Jacek Przybylowski takes the post of Trade Director of PEKAES SA. Marek Wierzbowski Born in 1946, professor of Warsaw University, legal counsel, partner in legal office Prof. Marek Wierzbowski Radcowie Prawni Spółka Partnerska. Prof. Wierzbowski is a member of Council of Public Tenders, member of Central Commission on Scientific Degrees and Titles, Vice-chairman of Council of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych S.A., member of supervisory boards of a couple of companies, president of Court of Brokerage Houses Chamber. Wartościowych S.A. as well as Vice-chairman of Court of Arbitration at Polish Chamber of Commerce. Prof. Wierzbowski provided lectures as visiting professor for the period of at least one semester at departments of law at American universities. For several years he fulfilled the function of senior partner in international law offices: Weil Gotshal & Manges and then Linklaters. Mr. Wierzbowski represented Commission of Securities and Stock Exchanges as well as Commission of Banking Supervision in proceedings before Supreme Administrative Court. In 1997 – 2003 he was working for Merrill Lynch, initially in investment banking division and then in private equity division. During this time he was liable among others for acquisition of Domient Bank, second phase of privatization of Bank PEKAO SA and privatizations of Banca Comerciale Romana. In 1995 – 1996 he was working for KN Wasserstein and Chase Fund Management as investment analyst.

Krzysztof Zdziarski is 45 years old and for almost 20 years he has been connected with the logistic – shipping trade, both from the side of the client, as well as the service provider. He has complex knowledge in the scope of advanced logistic solutions, management of the range of deliveries, with specialization in freight, general cargo, express, courier transport and warehouse logistics at his disposal. He has rich experience in integration and management of change, supported by successes achieved in work for such concerns as IPEX, EMI, and UPS for the last 7 years. His task consists in management of the PEKAES Group, known Polish supplier of integrated transportation and logistic services in Europe. Krzysztof Zdziarski is a dynamic manager, strongly focused on the needs of Clients and the market, development and results of the company, as well as employees. His professional career began in 1987 in Plastics Kanada in Toronto and continued in IPEX, where he in turn occupied managerial positions, starting with Production and Logistics Manager, Project Manager up to Operating Manager responsible for complex logistic projects. Having returned to Poland in 1996, he took up work as Operating Manager of Pomaton EMI, supervising the formation of the distribution - joint venture company between Pomaton, Sony Music and Polygram, which he then managed as General Manager.
