The PEKAES Customs Agencies realize customs clearance with the use of the simplified procedure. Its advantages consist in limiting the duration of clearance, because it is being carried out without the participation of the customs office. Simplified procedure also means easier ways of settlements.

Scope of PEKAES Customs Services:

branch offices in servicing: Intrastat, Excise Tax, Common Agricultural Policy,
customs declarations in all customs procedures consistently with the Community Customs Code,
customs clearance basing on the WPT Convention,
servicing the TIR cards: opening/closing the card,
- in export for goods covered by the export procedure by any customs office from the territory of the whole European Union,
ATA servicing,
granting security on property in transit procedures,
general security in the name of the Client towards customs – tax debt in the procedure of admitting to turnover,
issuing TC 10, receipt of confirmed cards of 3 export declarations,
mediation in obtaining:
- phytosanitary certificates
- veterinary certificates
- CIS certificates
temporary storing warehouses and customs warehouse of the A type at the disposal of the Client,
13 offices of customs agencies,
professionalism and qualifications of the personnel.
