In the process of the distribution system management PEKAES uses specialized IT solutions. The taking out order takes place in the EDI system, which, at the Client’s request, can be integrated with his own operating system, permitting quick and precise exchange of data and permanent access to warehousing information from the seat of the customer. The computer science system enables the monitoring of goods’ rotation and preparing a comparison of any article accompanied by the analysis on frequency with which that product has been leaving the warehouse. Dispatchers monitoring the operations taking place in the terminal immediately correct the quantity or type of operation, if need arises. The current commissioning status and sequence of waiting orders is controlled on proper system screens. The main aim of logistic servicing is to create an added value letting the Client effectively distinguish himself on the market. Good, close relations between PEKAES, as the service supplier and the contracting party, the ability of fast response to atypical requirements and changing order parameters, let the company actively take care not only of his satisfaction, but also the satisfaction of the final receiver obtaining our Client’s product with our mediation.
