Fairs and sports events services

Exhibitions and fairs service is an offer of diverse activities of an organizational and technical nature taken up in the name of participants of exhibition – fair events. We are a partner for everyone who wants to deliver the exhibits and equipment of stands to the place of the event and order their re-transportation following the end of the event on time and without surprises. PEKAES deals in forwarding services connected with exhibitions and fairs, both in Poland, as well as abroad. Our Clients participate not only in European fair events, but also in Turkey, Kuwait, Republic of Southern Africa or China. We have a ten-year experience in that matter.

Within the offer of the forwarding fair office PEKAES guarantees:

• professional advising, especially in the scope of customs rules in force in countries being the place of fairs/exhibitions,
• organization of transportation of exhibits and fair models in the relation home – place of fairs/exhibitions - home,
• organization of transportation of exhibits and fair models in the relation home – collective warehouse – place of fairs/exhibitions - home,
• organization of a collective point for collective exhibitions (several exhibitors on the same fairs) basing on the modern terminal in Błonie,
• full customs servicing in the country and abroad,
• unloading/loading and delivering/collecting exhibits to/from the stand,
• additional services, including:
  
  - insurance at the order of the exhibitor,
  - placing consignment on palettes and packing,
  - marking consignment,
  - unpacking on the place of the fairs/exhibitions,
  - renting specialist equipment for unloading/assembly of exhibits.
